New Patients

Your Initial Visit

We welcome new patients and look forward to meeting you. The complimentary initial examination consists of diagnostic records, review of your medical and dental history and a thorough examination by the doctor. This will allow the doctor to provide a diagnosis and treatment plan specific to your needs. We will also review your insurance benefits, treatment proposal, payment options and of course answer any other questions you may have.

If there is an unusual condition such as TMD (temporomandibular joint disorder), a referral and fee may apply.

Appointments during Treatment

Throughout your treatment, you will have periodic appointments in our office. The frequency and length will vary based on your individual treatment plan. For your convenience, we offer Dental Monitoring which allows us to monitor your treatment progress using AI and reducing the number of in-office appointments needed. Our patients are seen by appointment Monday through Thursday from 8:30am - 5:00pm. Please allow 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. We strive to be on time for our patients and ask that you please extend the same courtesy.

Payment Policies

The treatment proposal will depend on the complexity of the case and length of treatment. We will be happy to review your insurance, available discounts, and interest free payment options with you. We accept most insurance plans, credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards and ACH for your convenience. .
